Everlasting Lessons Empty

Throughout the novel Great Expectations by Charles Dickens, there is a numerous amount of themes layered in Dicken's writing. Dickens intentionally implements life connections throughout his novels like many other famous writers to create a purpose for the novel. This allows the writer to thicken the plot with multiple twists so the novel can surpass its potential.

Some of the themes I was able to find include the most significant one the Dickens was attempting to instill in his readers: nothing comes easy, everything that is desirable requires effort to be put forth from the reciever of the reward. Another theme that Charles Dickens put in Great Expectations is that everyone has someone destined for them and it may not seem apparent at first, but it will be revealed eventually. Last but not least, Charles Dickens attempted to convey yet another theme that everyone should be content with what they have for you were given what you have because that is what god believes you are best suited to live with.

There are several more themes that Charles Dickens put in his novel, but these are some of the most popular throughtout the world of literature. Theses themes are just some of the several ones out there that our previous generation is attempting to pass on to us so they can be carried on throughout time to maintain the human morales we have established and so that they may be developed and enhanced by our several future generations to come.
